**值；對水蒸汽或非潤滑介質(zhì)增加25%**值；非潤滑的干氣介質(zhì)增加60%**值；非潤滑氣體輸送的顆粒粉料介質(zhì)增加
100%**值。然后根據氣源工作壓力，查找雙作用式或單作用式輸出扭矩表，可得到準確的執行器信號。單作用式輸出扭矩

5、限位開(kāi)關(guān)回訊器：遠距離傳閥門(mén)開(kāi)或關(guān)位置的信號(可提供防爆型)。
6、電氣定位器：根據電流信號(4~20MA)的大小對閥門(mén)的介質(zhì)流量調節控制(可提供防爆型)。
7、氣動(dòng)轉換器：將電流信號轉換成氣壓信號，與氣動(dòng)定位器配套使用(可提供防爆型)。
8、氣動(dòng)定位器：根據電流信號(標準0.02~0.1MPA)的大小對閥門(mén)的介質(zhì)流量調節控制。
9、氣源處理三聯(lián)件：包括空氣減壓閥、過(guò)濾器、油霧器。對氣源穩定、清潔及運動(dòng)部件起潤滑作用。

使用維護Use and maintenance：

安裝使用與維護Installation and maintenance
1、氣動(dòng)執行器可與閥門(mén)直接連接，也可通過(guò)支架和接頭與閥門(mén)安裝連接。連接緊固件不得松動(dòng)。
2、保證執行器輸出軸與閥桿安裝的同軸度，并轉動(dòng)靈活，無(wú)爬行現象。
3、連接管道、接頭、附件等應清潔干凈。
4、電磁閥排期口始終向下，當向上或水平時(shí)，應連接彎管，使排氣口向下。
5、調試前應確定空氣管道通暢，氣壓、電壓、信號等符合要求。
6、壓縮空氣應經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾、干燥、露點(diǎn)-15℃以下要除濕。
7、調試時(shí)電磁閥應開(kāi)到自動(dòng)位置。
8、氣動(dòng)操作時(shí)，應斷開(kāi)手動(dòng)裝置，手動(dòng)操作時(shí)應斷開(kāi)氣動(dòng)裝置。
9、執行器上安裝的各種附件，應分別參照使用說(shuō)明進(jìn)行調試、
10、正常工作情況下每月檢查一次，每年檢修一次。
