安裝、調試與維護Installation, commissioning and maintenance

2、安裝時(shí)必須保證氣動(dòng)執行器的輸出軸與閥門(mén)軸的同軸度。
3、管接頭機導管內部清潔干凈，無(wú)多余物，粉塵及油污等。
4、電磁閥、電氣定位器、電氣轉換器、氣動(dòng)定位器、回信器等應按相關(guān)說(shuō)明進(jìn)行安裝、調試。
5、氣動(dòng)執行器兩端的調節螺釘，可以微量調整閥門(mén)的開(kāi)啟角度，調整后必須將螺母銷(xiāo)緊。
6、執行器與閥門(mén)應同時(shí)調試，對閥門(mén)加壓到額定壓力，執行器以氣源壓力0.4~0.7Mpa對兩個(gè)進(jìn)氣口切換進(jìn)氣，管擦閥門(mén)打開(kāi)和關(guān)閉情況，應轉動(dòng)靈活無(wú)停頓，針爬行亂象，
