QJ(D/S)RN型精小型氣動(dòng)螺紋O型切斷球閥是一種轉角為90°的旋轉類(lèi)控制閥。它由氣動(dòng)活塞式執行機構和O型球閥組成，閥芯采用圓柱形通孔球體。
該產(chǎn)品以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力源，接受集散控制系統(DCS)，可編程控制器(PLC)等開(kāi)關(guān)信號，通過(guò)電磁閥可實(shí)現對閥門(mén)快速位式控制。
該產(chǎn)品采用直通型鑄造閥體，球面經(jīng)特殊工藝加工和硬化處理，使其表面光滑耐磨，具有壽命長(cháng)、結構緊湊、動(dòng)作可靠、流通能力大、流阻系數小、安裝方便及良好的切斷性能等特點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)品廣泛應用于造紙、石化、冶金、航天、食品、醫藥、水處理等行業(yè)，特別適用于高黏度和含有纖維介質(zhì)的工藝控制。
氣動(dòng)活塞式執行機構可分為單作用和雙作用兩種。雙作用使用在失電或失氣時(shí)，閥門(mén)處于失電或失氣時(shí)的位置，以確保繼續生產(chǎn)。單作用在失電或失氣時(shí)，閥門(mén)處于原始極限位置(全開(kāi)或全閉)，以確保生產(chǎn)過(guò)程處于**位置。
